Brokers and MLSs that use our products are able to move faster and provide better marketing and more innovation to their customers.

We’ve created a modern, well-documented API that includes all the functionality afforded by RETS and wraps it in a simple API that’s easy to use.

Bridge was acquired by Zillow Group in 2016 as part of its portfolio of business brands in the real estate industry. Since the acquisition, Zillow Group has invested heavily in further developing the technology to be able to offer MLSs, brokers, agents and developers the most modern solutions available.
